Explore dry evergreen forest, rocky landscapes, lagoons and waterholes while looking for Sri Lanka's iconic wildlife, including Sri Lankan leopards, Sri Lankan elephants, Sri Lankan sloth bears, crocodiles, buffalo and diverse birdlife.

Safari Times

Choose the session that suits you when you request your quote.

Morning safari 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Afternoon safari 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Pickup may be earlier than the advertised safari start time, depending on your accommodation and pickup location.

What to Wear

Dress for warm, dusty, outdoor conditions:

Comfortable, lightweight clothing suited to warm, dusty outdoor conditions
Neutral, earthy colours — khaki, olive, brown, beige or grey. Avoid bright or fluorescent colours
Comfortable closed shoes or sturdy sandals that are easy to get in and out of the vehicle in
A light jacket or long-sleeved shirt for early-morning safaris
A hat or cap and sunglasses for sun protection

Booking & Policies

Full payment is due within 5 calendar days of receiving your quotation and before the safari date; your booking is confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
Shared safaris need a minimum of 4 confirmed guests. If that isn't reached 48 hours before departure you can choose a full refund or upgrade to a private safari by paying the difference.
One date change can be requested within 24 hours of your booking confirmation, subject to availability.
Confirmed bookings are normally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions in our Terms & Conditions.
Please be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
